It seems to have support at the 6.50 level

It needs to close the Dec 18 DG

It has had 4Qs of better revenues & is expected to close the Yr on the black around $0.15/shr vs. the loss of $0.14/shr in 2006

NEW YORK, April 12 (Reuters) - Software companies Mobius Management Systems Inc. (MOBI) and Allen Systems Group said on Thursday that Allen would buy Mobius for about $199 million, or $10.05 per share in cash -- about a 35 percent premium to the company's closing share price on Wednesday.
