I wonder if qualcomm is still backing up salmasi as it was when nextwave came out in the 1st place.
it seems to me that it would since this company is set up to achieve maximum growth with it's pop network and international set up.
question is, why is the stock registered as "if and when issued", and why is it not marginable yet even though it is listed in nasdaq; and when will this status change?
