Slan, there is a big slow down in anchorage/Wasilla area and I would bet fairbanks. Juneau is a weird market as there is NO affordable land left at all. Only 22 land parcels on the entire MLS. So housing prices remain high from simple supply and demand.

However the new governor seems to be making a stealth capital move (moving many positions to anchorage), so Juneau may become a puppet capitol-lol. A friend of mine thought that one up. So our market is nuts. There is no affordable housing at all----none!
