I'm looking forward to seeing what XMSR's definition of "cash flow break even" is.

Their definition has been very precise -- they are referring to operating cash flow, which means that the first of the three major divisions of the cash flow statement will be positive.

What will be really interesting is to see which of the two comes closer to MAINTAINING a positive cash flow situation throughout '07. SIRI's misrepresentations in this respect are going to come back and bite them. While XM has been clear they may not be in Q1, given the exceptional cost control we've seen the last two quarters I think there is a reasonable chance XM will cash flow in Q1 as well as Q4.
