The acquisition basically saved their backside. And the $4M debt financing with ComVest Capital also helped.<g> At any rate, I think the important thing is that it is starting to get off from the nearterm downtrend coming from the Nov 30 H at 1.79 & the recent spikes have been on higher volumes.<g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com As long as you can make more than 5% on a day like that, I think you don't have to check the horse's mouth too carefully.<g> The insiders reportedly hold more than 35% & although the company has always been on the red, if they can come out with some good news, the stock could easily double from present levels.<g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com
