Pinochet removed himself from competition [and again, I don't know that he did all that many himself, or was really responsible and can claim credit for all that many]. Stalin, Adolf, Eichmann and Marcos are long gone. Tojo, Mao and Dr Strangelove have had their day. It's altogether too peaceful these days that somebody like Saddam can walk off with the prize with nary a challenge and barely into the millions and that is questionable. Mqurice
