The chimps neural pathways are depolarizing toO easily. The dude is stuck on/ON. If you bothered to feed him some soy he might have some inhibition of those WHACKED OUT neurotransmitters. (Literally the dude is stuck in the ON position.) We are pretty much F*cked. I liked the chimp better when he was a Smackhead.
