Winning debates does not give you the big prize. If Kerry were to run, people would look to see what is his legislative record between 2004 and 2008. They will put him through a different test that they would put Obama through. Biden on the other hand has a much better legislative record that Kerry or Hillary. It would be interesting to see what impact Biden has on the primaries. He has had a good legislative record, has led several Congressional delegations to Iraq etc. etc.
