Who wrote this? John Foster Dulles was a notable anti-semite. It seems that so few people take the time to look at a map and compare Israels size to that of Jordan, Syria, and Lebanon. This conflict did not start in 1967 either. The name Palestine certainly existed when the Romans in response to a jewish rebellion came in with 12 legions killed about 600,000 jews burned most of the cities to the ground and changed the name from Judea to Palestina. I will say that prior to 1967 I almost never heard the term from Arabs. It was always about the Jordanians the Syrians the Egyptians, and the refugees from Palestine.
