PLANNING is quite normal. I'll bet that the US has developed plans for how to attack most every country on Earth... and Israel surely has NUMEROUS versions of plans for different ways to attack each and everyone of it's regional neighbors. You're probably right about that, but so what... I hope Israel does go through with it, it would be good for all of us... (On a different point: public official 'leaks' of such stuff is almost surely a political attempt to INFLUENCE Iran.) I think so too... GZ
