Well, Ted has me concerned that a drop in temperature is in order.

I'm sure San Francisco is like here, the prices rocket up then take a month to come down.

So I may try to negociate with my oil provider for a long term contract; but I have to get a reasonable deal.

The crazy issue is that the lake at my other home is frozen every year until last year. Now it's like summer. I can see a bird bath freezing....I sometimes awake to 30 degree weather, but an entire lake is a protracted cold. San Francisco, last I was there, is one of these places where the weather changes often. Winter up there in North Jersey is usually frosty right through.

Anyway the upshot of this is that I'm not a fan of Drillers or oil producers for the time being.

Water might be the better trade. If this weather continues through the summer, anyway.
