The word "Communism" has been the most inaccurately used in US history. Is the dictator of North Korea communist? No, because communism means everyone shares equally. Kim Jong Ill doesn't share anything. And neither did the Soviet party bosses. Ideally, communism is actually the same thing Jesus Christ taught. Which means sharing and giving to the poor. Which means many of those artists and folk singers Joe McCarthy persecuted were totally innocent and really just being compassionate Christians, wanting help for the poor and workingclass. McCArthy was responsible for one of the biggest most evil lies in US history, that anyone who cares about the poor, minorities, unions, working class, environment or peace on earth (read "compassionate liberal Christian") is "communist". Meanwhile the whole Cold War was a trumped up hoax. My father went to the Soviet Union in the 1960's and brought us kids back presents. The alarm clock he bought me broke the first day. So if they couldn't build an alarm clock, why would their planes, missiles and weapons systems have worked any better? They had no computers. They were really backward compared to us. Just as North Korea is. The big lie about them having missiles capable of hitting us is put out by the companies building useless SDI systems costing us ten of billions of wasted dollars each year. Chances are the whole Soviet threat was a two-sided fraud on both countries. Corrupt leaders teaching each population that they needed to fear the other side. Nuclear holocaust. The ultimate nightmare. So it perpetrated a 30 year Cold War whichb JFK would have probably ended in 1968. But it went on for another 20 years, for no good reason on earth. So be aware. The entire fear doctrine the rightwing is built upon is a fraud. True we were hit on 9-11, but that was 19 guys from Saudi Arabia, Bush's best friends, who were mysteriously not stopped despite all the warnings. There currently is no real enemy, unless Bushies create one for us, opr becomes the enemy himself, or makes the whole world so mad at us they're all enemies. Don't you see? It's all about selling war as a commercial product. And gouging us on oil of course, in any war in the Middle East. Today's article on the Iraqi oil contracts confirmed the real reason they went to war. for about 200 billion in oil money. Which costs us a trillion and 30,000 US troops killed and wounded. Wake up, everyone.
