All permits required except for bench scale tests. This would be bench scale at about 70-1000 lbs per hour. Similar electrically driven units in dredges since the 1930's ran at about 1 ton per hour. Perhaps with some tweaking a 4 X 6 unit could run at about double that, depending. For max lift according to the principles of McTaggart, we may have to add a coarse sand screen to the feed of about 20% that would be scalped and recirculated.

We would use a small rubber tired hoe, take out about 10,000 lbs in a truck and recirc the sample at some other location. After wards we would dewater it back into the place we took it from with filtration with vacuum units. Vacuum would be an wooden air box with a compressor sucking air out the bottom with a expanded metal supported canvas. Same principle as a leaf filter device.
