Not necessarily on either count. If it works and makes money how could I disagree with that?

As far as style, I trade in and out with respect to SP and I position trade with respect to other commodities such as Soybeans...Cotton....Bonds.

With respect to stocks I swing trade some, position trade others.

Somewhere in there I have a style similar to yours.

The observation I was making is rooted in the experience I have. Having used a Neural Net for a time, I found that SP is harder than Bonds for example.

Finally, on the last point, an EOD model can leave you open to a significant drawdown. I'd be dishonest if I did not mention that.

As far as whether the model is successful, naturally I would like to hear you say that it is.
