A die hard lib friend and her hubby had dinner with us the other night. In the past the mention of repub or conservative would send her into a sneering tizzy. Regarding politics......she actually said that everyone has a right to thier own particular beliefs. I replied that yes.......we all have our bias and belief in a political ideology. Some in direct opposition to the other, but aren't we entitled, and wouldn't it be interesting to understand those beliefs? She said yes, and (get this) "it is getting so difficult to discern fact from fiction any more because none of us can trust the msm."

Her sudden ability to actually conceive that there could possibly be some manipulation going on in the msm just about knocked me off of my stool. In the past she's been so dogmatic and close minded....and to hear something like this come out of the mouth os someone that had it all so figured out before was encouraging. She's the second die hard lib that I've heard express these type of doubts lately.
