There are two very old and very tall cottonwoods near me. One across the real narrow drive in front and the other just outside my tiny yard in back. If that one goes it will do more damage to my behind neighbor than me, unless it falls straight toward me. It would take out my kitchen, big time. We had one of these big things blow over at my church a few years ago. Luckily it just fell across the lawn, but it took a crew two days to get rid of it. We eventually paid a little over $500 per tree and had 5 of them removed.
