Control of greenhouse gases and pollutants all over the planet is very much progressive and should not be a partisan issue. The only reason you rightwingers complain about a cleaner environment is that Exxon and other pollutors are paying off your political leaders. No other reason. Only an idiot would support pollution or global warming. Bottomline, we need to get off fossil fuels ASAP. And China does too. And if we're regressive about it, China will invent the new technologies like Toyota invented the hybrid car and we'll be paying them to license it.
