Oh brother, if you bought that line, then you are an idiot. People will invest money in anything that makes them more money. If Perot has his money saved under his pillow then he's an idiot. I guarantee you he has all of his money invested and plenty of it is in a pretty diversified portfolio.

If Perot said that he's a senile old miser with no new ideas.
The same guy who refused to buy Microsoft in 1980 for 100 million bucks.

Bush has lowered taxes dramatically on super-rich fat cats like Perot. This country is now a tax haven for billionaires, and Bush has stripped the IRS of lawyers whose job it is to go after rich tax cheats.

But there is nothing wrong with tax-free bonds. Theresa Heinz Kerry is fully invested in them too.
