We don't need to reward the rich investor class any longer. They've had a free ride for years now. What Bush did was basically triple reward the idle rich class and punish workers.

Yes and the country goes deeper and deeper into debt. We need to balance the budget and move back to a graduated tax with steeper tax rates at the $500K/year income levels. That will accomplish both.
