I haven't played in years. My strength was Openings and Endgame. Once I had a small edge I would drive to the Endgame. I forget what people call players who swap out alot. I didn't care; all I needed was a passed pawn or an edge somehow in position and it was swap, swap, swap. My Endgame was the best part of the game, so I'd try to get there as soon as I could. But I haven't played Tournament Chess in almost 40 years. I used to play in bars for drinks. While I was playing another expert class player I got his girlfriend's phone number. She & I are married now. So I don't play any longer.
