Calling them excesses seems to beg the question. What objective standard can you find to apply to determine that? Or are you agreeing with me and just applying your own subjective ideas?


The objective standard? How about taxpayers subsidizing the stadiums, and/or paying the overages on the bond issues etc so that A-Rod can get $26 million. Sorry but if that's capitalism at its finest, leave me out of it. From my point of view, it suggests the system is corrupted.
