Many years ago I kept a small recorder (a dictaphone thingy) by my bed. I recorded all sorts of wild ideas and dreams. I have no idea why, now that I think about it, as I don't think I ever did a thing with any of it. However, I kept that recorder with me in the car (where I spent 3-4 hours each day) and made note of all kinds of stock trading ideas I would come up with. Some of those panned out.
