Actually, they had Rashid Khalidi commenting to raise the points you mentioned. But yes, the focus was on anti-semitism. And the anti-semitism that was expressed was (a) idiotic and (b) could be used to justify just about any evil done to Jewish people--after all, they bring it on themselves, don't they, "we" are just reacting to "their" evil.

It had very little on the Holocaust. The focus, I repeat, was on anti-semitism of the past few decades, though it did go into history to a small extent.

But, of course, you obviously don't have to actually watch it--you already know everything about both the film and the causes of anti-semitism without having done so, so why waste your time? Quite a talent you have.

As you mentioned that antisemitism is not new, don't you think that the motive behind airing that piece would give the American public a doze of guilt? Portraying the Jews as underdogs wouldn't feel sorry for them and justify their actions in ME? Come on, the Israeli PR is at work and will not stop until it brings America to its doom.
I did not see the documentary, but I can bet that there were footage of the Holocaust. I also bet there were interviews with Holocaust survivors. There were no mention of what the Israelis are doing to the Palestinians or the atrocities committed in Lebanon but the Israelis.

I also haven't seen the piece, but I would imagine that the Arab respondents equate "Jews" with "Israeli Jews", and their hatred is primarily of their "Israeliness" as opposed to their "Jewishness". If the documentary tries to understand whether the Arabs also hate Jews that are opposed to the existence of Israel, then I would be mistaken. Something tells me, however, that that is not the case.
