That is kind of what I remembered too that the announcement for the dividend increase occurred before the annual meeting. But it does look like the official announcement may not have been until April 7.

Forget this penny stuff, let PJ put some real incentive behind 'staying with the Q'

I think the Q should do the right thing and give special share dividends based on how long you have owned the stock. I think one share per hundred per year would keep me in the stock.
