why do you think everyone who lives below the poverty level is miserable???? does money buy you happiness? is money all you care about ? you know any rich miserable people??? Miserable is your word, not mine. I would put it in more tangible terms, like being able to feed, clothe, educate, provide health care, etc...I couldn't do these things on $16K @ year... The GOP solution to all these problems is to cut taxes...but the effective tax rate or capital gains tax rate is of no consequence to these folks. $3 gas, good paying jobs, national debt, war...these things are important to them...guess why? Al
