Give them a little time! Those countries just emerged from Communism and the third world. Do you read ANY history at all? The English were saying the same about the Americans in the last century.

I completely agree that there will probably be many leading technology companies from India and China in the future. But that wasn't the topic of discussion, mindmeld was arguing that the shift of balance as to who is producing the best engineers has already occurred.
