The bottom line is that President Bush is a principled leader. He knows shat is ethical and moral and he sets his goals on that. He pursues the course he as set with determination. Like any good leader, he constantly reevaluates the goal, and adjusts the course.

Clinton took a poll every morning to find out what color tie to wear, he closely followed this with another poll to find out what he thought was important.
