Of course it wasn't. There was a lot of police activity around y2k. There was the work with other countries to find and do something about OBL.

Like I said, it's rich of Clinton to second-guess the actions of Bush prior to 9/11 when Clinton himself was just as demotivated from hunting for bin Laden himself.


Let me see.......on Bush's watch, bin Laden took out the WTC. Do you question that Bush's motivation was just a wee bit stronger?
