The rightwing attacked CLinton for going after Al Qaida. And CLinton did so ASAP as soon as he got actual evidence AL Qaida was resopinsible for the bombings. Bush ignored all evidence and warnings and didn't lift a single finger against Al Qaida until after 9-11. Even then, only for awhile, then 95% of his concentration went to Iraq, a country almost completely un-involved with terrorism but with a lot of oil and a shoddy military, so easy pickin's for Exxon and Halliburton. Now do you get it? Bush doesn't want to stop terrorism, he wants to stop anyone but his friends from controlling oilfields. But the American People don't benefit one iota.
