He didn't. It's a fraud. Bush was BS'ing, as usual. Amazing gall Bushies have don't you think? To cover up Bush's own cowardice and deceit and attack and smear Kerry and others who resally were real heros in combat, even though Kerry's military records, diary and photos back up 100% of what we all know he did. All of which the smearvets deny without a scrap of real evidence to support themselves.
