(I also know that every single budget Reagan submitted to Congress was LARGER, contained more federal spending then the budgets Congress approved, [or that the opposition proposed].) So, just perhaps I was paying more attention to history as it unfolded then you were at the time, Shorty. (Of course, no one could really have expected you to known much about the inner workings of our government while you were still eating dirt out of a sandbox.... So, I'm sure no one holds it against you.)
