That is for real. I stumbled across it looking for another traffic law. There was an article on KOMO tonight about the forest fire boss who is being prosecuted for the deaths of those firefighters up in the Okanogan a few years back. He was driving back to Wenatchee from Spokane after being arraigned, and the car he was in was pulled over for failing to move to the left lane as it approached a cop car that had stopped another car. They found pot and an open beer and busted him for that. I was looking for the statute on the obligation to move to the left when there is a traffic stop up ahead. Could not find it, but I did find the "no embraces whilst driving" law.
