Agreed and even if they wind up losing use of the name iPhone, it's early enough that they can change the name without a problem. Every second/word of press (short of trashing the device itself) they get over the next few months is pure gold from a marketing standpoint.

maybe something the shorts will try to play up to drive the share price down.

I would so love that... trading is profitable esp when you are fairly certain of the eventual (positive) outcome ;-)
