lets see what we know:

1. We know that the LFWK unaudited financial for the period ending Dec. 31, 2005 filed with pinksheets.com were fraudulent.

2. We know that the SLJB unaudited financials for the period ending May 31, 2005 listed on the SLJB website and pumped by the SLJB promoters were fraudulent.

3. We know that the SLJB unaudited financials for the period ending May 31, 2006 listed on the SLJB website and pumped by the SLJB promoters were fraudulent.

4. We know that SLJB issued a fraudulent press release falsely stating that SLJB had closed a contract for $350 million per year in revenue from cement sales.

5. We know that SLJB used six different corporate names for the Sulja company in press releases.

6. We know that SLJB, the publicly trading company incorporated in Nevada owns less than 50% of the lumberyard Sulja Bros in Ontario.

7. We know that Petar Vucicevich and Andrew Devries, with the help of numerous Sulja family members and Kore employees were fraudulently manipulating the stock price of SLJB.

8. We know that Petar Vucicevich and Andrew Devries, with the help of numerous Sulja family members and Kore employees were fraudulent;y selling hundreds of millions of SLJB restricted unregistered shares into the market while issuing false and misleading press releases.

9. We know that SLJB issued a press release stating that none of the previous press releases can be relied upon.

10. We know that SLJB, Petar Vucicevich fraudulently made false and misleading statements about two major accounting firms being involved in the audti of the financials of SLJB.

11. We know that the $6.5 milion in assets listed in the LFWK balance sheet as of Decmber 31, 2005 have disappeared.

12. We know that Petar Vucicevich as CEO of SLJB made false and misleading statements about SAMS income being equal to $6 million per year.

13. We know that SLJB issued false and misleading press releases and comments about it not being involved in the email/fax spam blasts of SLJB promotional material, much of which was false and misleading information about SLJB.

14. We know that the OSC has halted the trading of SLJB in Ontario at least until March 23, 2007.

15. We know that the SEC has begun investigatng SLJB and the other defendants for the same charges that the OSC has alleged.

16. We know that SLJB issued false and misleading press releases stating that it was not going to dilute stockholders, while diluting them significantly.

17. We know that SLJB has issued many false and misleading Press releases and public statements saying that the audited financials were completed.
