I find it interesting that he called the recent selloff three months ago. Nice call. Oil might very well bottom in the high 40s.

There are so many variables in the oil market. I would imagine, given human nature, that most oil reserve estimates are skewed to the high side. Kuwait has revised their oil reserve downward by something like 30 Billion barrels.

China will peak soon, and that is going to cause some real headaches as they look for oil on the world markets. This year might be a lull for the oil markets, but much higher prices are coming unless we switch to much more efficient cars and trucks (which we could do with a little effort).
