SAN FRANCISCO -- Baby boomers are getting a little cranky online, and Jeff Taylor thinks he knows why.

The founder of Monster.com said it's the exasperating results from Internet search engines.

Taylor's company has created Cranky.com, a search engine for the graying set.

Taylor said research shows that 50 and older are confused by the volume of results from searches on sites such as Google or Yahoo.

Cranky.com shows just four Web sites, screened for interest to the targeted baby boomers.
