At a time when computers are so commoditized that even Dell is having trouble maintaining a decent profit margin, Apple's computer margins are very healthy indeed.

It's all about the user experience. Don't underestimate Apple's ability to create a market.

I'm not saying that I think the iPhone will drive Nokia out of business or anything like that. Obviously, this is a niche product. Apple is only shooting for 1% of the world market. Nokia still has plenty of room for growth, in my opinion.
