Yeah. I could care less how Paris lives her life. But to tie up all those dollars that could be productive with a lower income tax seems inefficient, if not feudal. Hell, take 50%-75%... Paris will still live very well. I don't know what that would do to the income tax rate... but it would essentially be recycling the money back into the economy.
