What spin! Assuming that this is even correct, which is dubious, why is a bill making it more difficult for spammers to do their work is bad? Which is what I sense this is about. They aren't going to restrict the AFA from sending information to people who request it. That would be an infringement of free speech. What isn't an infringement of free speech is keeping buttholes from spamming everyone and bogging the Internet. Which, if this is a real bill, is the likely target. And if the AFA spams, they deserve the death penalty.
