Bush is totally selfish. He even rejected the Iraq Study Group, his own father, all democrats, moderate Republicans and the Joint Chiefs of Staff's wisdom. And they are much wiser and more honest than he is. In fact, Bush has rejected everyone's advice except far rightwing neocons who have done nothing but give us massive failures of policy. Bush also lied his head off in his speech. He claims the Iraqis want us to do this. BS. They want us out, Including Maliki. But Bush offered them a 7 billion dollar bribe. Our money too. Bush simply doesn't care what anyone else thinks anymore. He sees himself as some kind of a dictator, even though he was never fairly elected, and even if 95% of the country oppose him he will pretend he's Napoleon or Hitler and defy them, though he has zero skills in terms of being a commander in chief or statesman. A psychiatrrist would have a field day with Bush. I'm finally convinced he is insane. A dry alcholic in extreme denial and trying to take the rest of us with him to hell.
