Reagan gave Iran arms, but he negotiated with enemies too. James Baker went to Syria 26 times before he got a peace accord. Reagan talked to the Soviets all the time.

Bush won't even talk to anyone he doesn't agree with and blows off 95% of the world. I can only come to one conclusion, I think he's lost his marbles.
