The solution is to turn off the oil for a week. Let Americans walk, or stay home and try to keep warm with no oil for a week, and then ask them about the oil available in the anwr. Mention to them that a quick withdrawal of US Troops in the Middle east means rationing of oil, and a raise in every price in the US. See what they say about anwr. Tell them that for their vacations they should stay home and garden so they have food for the winter, cause it won't be imported this year, and mention there is a huge puddle of oil up north under some Moose in the anwr, ask them how they feel about moose then.
