Milosovic was a dictator with WMD. CLinton-Clark took him out without a single US casualty, working with our NATO allies.

Kerry was 100% right. This is how you have to fight wars these days. If you go in alone, especially on false pretenses, you always lose no matter how big your arsensal. Although if we had used 500,000 troops like GHW Bush did, plus a lot of Saudi money that might have worked.
