I agree. The final pricing on the warrants will tell us the results in advance.

FDSA closed at $5.21, down $.34 for the day, and the warrants closed at $.42, up $.07 for the day. As of September 30, the cash value of the shares was $5.47. I would be very surprised if the deal is not approved.
