Well,it's certainly not because of the lack of!!
Try movement of goods,storage,subsidies,wars,and no resolve among the "have nations" to really do something about it. The profit equation also is fundamental in this starvation by the hundreds of thousands. Actually it shows what human kind is about because there is absolutely no reason why this should be
