What's worse is the people who THINK they know how to drive and don't... they go 75 miles an hour and there is ice on the road..that's why I stay off the road when there is snow, not because I don't know how to drive in it, but because they don't.. I live fairly close to the store, so that's not a problem, the problem is getting your milk and bread before the racks are clear. A couple of times I found out the weather report because every one was running around gathering their staples, like we were having a blizzard.. One time in Louisiana, they brought a whole dump truck load of dirt to the top of a bridge and dumped it out!!!!! Then they put two guys with shovels out there spreading it around..LA's idea of efficient snow removal.
