The deep dark secret in much of Florida these days is the growth is coming from migration from third world counties to the south of here and it barely offsets the net outflow of folks who are already here many of whom came from up north in recent decades and are now escaping 'paradise'.. Every buyer of houses in my area of late is a recent Latino immigrant mostly from Brazil.. I sincerely doubt there will be much boomer net growth in much of Florida except the Southwest part of the state and a few counties north of Tampa..
