We who live in snow country, had to learn to drive on snow pack at an early age. Still, many Colorado drivers act like they're safe at any speed in those conditions. For the most part, SUV drivers are the worst because they believe their tank can't get into trouble. And you're absolutely right about foot off the gas on bridges in those conditions. Best to just coast along because you can bet they'll be slick under that snow pack.
