I wonder if Bush will "call out" Congress like he did with Poppy once, and ask them to "step outside" and settle it "mano y mano"?

Now factor in a tendency to escalate things until the other backs down. Most people aren't willing to continue to escalate, at some point it isn't worth it or gets too dangerous. Bush doesn't think that way. Any price is worth it to "win". I don't think its going to play out that way. Right now, I see Congress escalating the issue, not Bush. They appear to be aching for a confrontation.......and not just the Dems. In fact, their behavior borders on open rebellion. Plus, every anti Bush organization is rallying its members to fight. I have gotten twelve emails in the last two days. Numerous protests are planned.
