Also, I saw an interesting exercise once where they scrambled all the words in a paragraph except the first and last letter and one could easily read the paragraph. Think about it koan.. (I read the same thing) It makes perfectly good sense... that is exactly why proofreading is so difficult.. Our brains are too accomodating .. I'd almost go as far as to say an anal retentive activity... although since we have spell checking I confess that I tend to be a little anal retentive in this regard :O) Edit ... accomodating is wrong ;o)
